Group update: 9/7/17- 12:34 Central time. (Ann W) I called STX and spoke with: Arnold Golden, Airport Manager at St. Croix. Presently the Virgin Island Port Authority is conducting a fly over of SIT and STJ they cannot access condition of runway until they get more information from flyover. They will have a new assessment when they return. Below are the names of David Matt and Damian Cartwright. They are doing a fly over now and Arnold states we can text (Amold)for info on conditions at SIT and STJ but they do not expect any opening for days. They are s presently for medical evacuations to STX from SIT and STJ. cell . Arnold David Matt exec director of Virgin Island port authority Damian Cartwright VI port authority. A friend just called me from secret harbor. They doing a good job on road cleaning up. Biggest issue is telephone poles.
Sprint and T mobile service only

They need generators.
Also prepaid cell phones for sprint service.

I also heard requests for mosquito nets, diapers, first aid, anything solar powered especially solar power lights
