RE: Closing Costs
Hi Helene,
Thanks for the emails. I am leaving the city on Friday after I move out from 20E. I will be living upstate NY and there are no Chase bank branches in the region, so if there's anyway you can expedite the amounts of the bank checks that I will need for the closing on Tuesday that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi Kathy:
I will pay everything out of escrow and you're just going to COLLECT checks EXCEPT for the move out deposit. There's a check for the move out deposit of $1500 payable to Wallack Management. Please arrange to get that bank check (unless we can get Wallack to waive it if you've moved out already) before you leave NYC.
Otherwise, if I have to issue that check, it has to go through my escrow for return and then reissuance, so I'm happy paying all fees on your behalf out of escrow, but not a deposit, so please arrange to get a $1500 bank check payable to Wallack Management before you leave NYC. If we can get it waived, then you can redeposit it in your account along with the checks that you collect at the table.
Thanks. The rest of the Seller's checks on that list — I'll handle.
