You're welcome. The deal is nearly done with $116M in signed subscriptions on the $125M target. The bank has secured regulatory approvals from the FDIC, the Fed, and the OCC; and upon completion of integrating their loan system with their core they will officially open for business (30-60 days). The lead investors are Patriot Financial (financial services PE firm), FJ Capital (financial services PE firm), Endeavour Capital (regional and community bank hedge fund), and T.Rowe Price.

i receive weekly emails as it appears that Pitchbook sells its information to those soliciting deals.. anyway i saw bank company raising money that is looking to open in NYC.. thought it may be interesting for using bank to service our accounts or use their Deck for Southern Country ideas i have not read through on merits from an investment opportunity..
