It seems that the 2550 per child are composed of a 2000 USD tuition deposit and a 550 USD enrolment fee. The fee is mentioned here: https://altoschool.orWtuition-financial-aid/

I will ask the school to confirm that. We will be applying for financial aid and will let you know about the outcome.
