The email chain discusses a site visit request for LSJ's existing building structure.

• Daphne Wallace initially contacted Brian Buck of Buck Steel for a 3-day site visit to advise on re-skinning, re-build, etc.
• Brian Buck declined due to his project schedule.
• Brian Buck recommended Dustin, the head of the crew that erected the building.
• Daphne indicated that Dustin and his crew had previously been involved in an incident involving a crashed Suburban, leaving the scene to avoid a DUI, and causing property damage.
• Daphne clarified that LSJ specifically wanted Brian Buck's expertise as a fabricator for design and engineering insights, not just erection.
• Brian Buck is not interested and apparently aware of Dustin's past issues.
• Mike Stock of Allied Steel is traveling but will be contacted on Friday, 1/25, to schedule a site visit for the GSJ "Back of the House" project. Allied Steel has submitted a bid for this project.
