Fwd: Zorro visit

My flight was delayed due to a mechanical issue, I arrived at Zorro Friday at 5pm, Brice arrived Thursday at 2am, so he was at Ranch all day Thursday before I arrived. To my surprise, when I met with Brice at the Ranch, we drove to my house, Brice actually said, this was the first time he had come to my house since he had arrived at the Ranch, maybe he just didn't care to investigate?? To me, that would be the first place I'd look? Correct? Steve and Amber said, Brice has been driving all over the place, shopping for camera etc.
Also, I was talking with Steve when I first arrived at the Ranch, at Ranch Central, when Brice drove up, he didn't come to greet me, he walked into the Tool garage, after 15min, I walked over to greet him, it was as if, Brice was upset I was on the ranch. Bizarre actions to say the least, Maybe I'm over thinking it?
Also, Zorro new Roads:
The new Roads look very nice, I thought the roads should be little smoother? Or better surface prep? Some wash board areas on the new roads. Maybe it's normal. I asked Brice if he was going to purchase a heavy Roller to keep the asphalt compressed, in the summer normal roads use the car traffic to keep asphalt compressed, low traffic areas will tend to crack in summer heat, Just something I heard from a construction guy, when we spoke about building a runway using asphalt for surface material at the ranch,
