Did u see the stories saying that Chinese economists are being instructed that they are supposed

to be constructive and only say things that are helpful to the state.

I wonder if it has been conveyed implicitly or explicitly that if u want a proud Chinese career u can't be allied with a prominent westerner? Or possibly it's been deduced or inferred even if not conveyed.
