I expect to get the draft version of the appeal letter from Justin later today. They have been working on it over the past two weeks based on the 40 pages or so of information I have sent them. I will have the last word and expect to rework it in depth if necessary over the next few days. I will send it to you for comments. Frank Wilczek wrote nice letter to crow. Am expecting a few more today. And amber heard has promised me an email saying my treatment of her was not inappropriate and she remembers nothing that was claimed by staff. Just FYI. Due date is Friday. Been down last few days.
Am giving a talk in Mexico sept 11 for money and one in Ukraine in nov for money. My German lecture was cancelled in G6ttingen but I still have a lecture in Heidelberg that is still on but I have to figure out how to get there since Gottingen was paying for airfare.

Amber Heard: One of the ridiculous allegations from the same group of fern nazi former employees is that they heard me say to Amber heard: Get your cute ass over here, for a photo backstage after Johnny event. That I have to defend against that is ridiculous, but they, including the Dean made her seem like some innocent attendee at the event. In any case, Amber has responded to my request and indicated that not only did I never say anything inappropriate to her, she has no recollection whatsoever of me saying that, that I treated her and Johnny and my staff, according to her experience, with respect and grace. I view this as important because it impugns once more the same people who said I poked Susan Solomon backstage.. further implying their claims are not credible.
