Do you know if I'm not properly communicating to Richard/misusing his time? I asked him for help a few weeks ago in setting up the papers for Layer 1 and he hasn't been very responsive.

yes, and so far its not good . there seems to be a disconnect between manipulation, currency valuation, its how to protect ourselves. not easy
many, ponzi gambling. manipulation. unlikely to cause trouble except for high value targets
Should i pass this on to the team? Are there any specific regs I should look at?
