LSJ Pool bids
Good Morning Rich,
This is the proposal from pool sharks on the flag pole pool. from his verbal offer it jumped 10K. He will also have to "find the guys" to be able to complete the work in one day so there is not a break line in the pools. This being said I have major reservations about hiring him to do this work.
On a different note I spoke to Rick Rossie on the phone and he agreed to give 10% discount if he can do both pools. He is preparing that pricing and will hopefully have it to me this week (dad is in a FL hospital very sick). I believe he is our best option here to not only be able to handle to scope of work, but do the scope of work correctly.
I will go ahead and get Pool Sharks to price doing the main compound pool also and see if he can offer a discount deal also.

New Company from JPK Pool Sharks came in at 65,000
Something does not smell right here as Kyle told me last week before this bid came in that we are using Rick Rossi and not to waste time with this...originally pool sharks was to be cheaper by 10k and now is higher...
Now Rick Rossi bid of 64,000 will be discounted by 10% if he does both??
