So there is no misunderstanding between you and I . I have committed 10 million dollars towards your fund on the pre- condition that your other partners raise a minimum of 70 million dollars. I have great faith in you, I have read the bios of your partners, and they surely appear competent. That being said, I am hopeful that they bring they can bring at least that amount otherwise I do not see the economic sensibilyty of reducing your carried interest .

Thanks for reminding me Jeffrey. Sometimes I have a problem connecting all the dots of my life. What I remember when has so much to do with context. Of course we met.
