All foundations and charitable organizations, together referred to as the Edmond de Rothschild Foundations, are entirely, by their statutes, articles and missions, independent and separate from all entities, both financial and non-financial, of the Edmond de Rothschild Group.
The philanthropic organizations were each founded by various members of the Edmond de Rothschild branch. Each entity has an independent board, which is chaired either by Ariane or Benjamin de Rothschild in their personal capacity. No material support or capital injection is provided by the EDR financial and non-financial Group.

why are there blue boxes. . ? do you have the list of the other shares that make up the balance of the 100 percent . of each entity.?
