Attached are the appraisal appointment letters to obtain valuations for Dog Island that I promised to send.

Please let me know if you have received the valuation appraisals for Dog Island. As I recall, the appraisals should have been completed by May 9, 2014, assuming that the appointment letters were faxed/emailed or by May 16, 2014, assuming that the letters were mailed. We would like to move forward as expeditiously as possible.

I spoke with Derek and we are having difficulty scheduling with Fish and Wild Life to take the appraisers over to the island to do their field visit. I gave him the go ahead and schedule a charter if DPNR does not respond this week to him.

Sorry for the delayed response. I was out of the office and did not readily have access to my email. We heard back from Fish and Wildlife who said they could not accommodate us. Can you please assist us with alternate means of transportation? Maybe we can discuss this further today? What time this afternoon works for you?
