The email is in reference to a Memo of Law in Opposition to Scarola's Motion, which was sent for a hearing on October 17th. The sender wants to ensure the judge has a copy and will bring another copy on Monday.

Attached hereto please find a zip drive containing our Memo of Law in Opposition to Scarola's Motion, as well as all of the case law upon which we rely in support of our assertions. Can one of you in WPB please have a copy delivered to Judge Crow's office this afternoon? We sent it long ago when it was set for October 17, but I want to be sure he has it. I will bring a complete copy for him on Monday as well. Have a nice Thanksgiving.
