Would love to continue our conversation. If I stayed here in NYC for another 2 days, would you have time? I could also see if Stephan could bring the Vive up to setup at your place. Otherwise, can we meet in Paris in Jan? I can try to get Alain Forget there for you to meet (if you haven't already). Alain is the subject that Peter uses for his studies.
Briefly where we were was:
I) The "Evolving caravan" and events to identify scientists and people with special abilities (more subjects for research).
Research methodologies and experiments that stand up to rigour (network of labs and researchers around the world, common protocols, Ideally you can also support Peter who is part of this, etc.). 2nd person research methodologies (we haven't talked about this). I am seeing NYU and Columbia University faculty later today to talk about this.
"Polystery" for rehabilitating "stage 3" people (examples like Edd who have gifts, but are not able to support themselves). Have a sustainable model for this. Also supports (1). Builds community and eco-system.
Would like to build a global network. We didn't even talk about China and work there or Cuba.
Would like to apply the 60-75k allocated from last year to pilot some of this. Wanted to see if we could establish some metrics that could lead to more funding if we are successful.

The issue, as I mentioned to you before is 2nd person experience. Its like Jazz. If you get a 4 amazing jazz musicians together for the 1st time, you get amazing jazz. If you get 4 crappy jazz musicians together, you get crappy jazz. 2nd person methodologies are needed. A lot of it involves inner work. Have a few other experiments to share and will have more after a meeting in Beijing on Dec 15th. Would love your insights into experiments and protocol design. Rigour will involve developing the proper experimental protocols, identifying individuals with abilities, and developing a theory / framework to validate and make predictions.

Masha and Joscha are not in the space, but I classify Joscha as a "high stage 2" and Masha as "stage 3" (lab rats). Both have deep insights (Joscha) and special abilities (Masha - intuition). In fact, most people you deal with are high stage-2 and stage 3 people. The community I envisage (and "project icari" that I wrote to you about before) would be to work on providing a support group for the people you are currently supporting and mentoring. This would push into what I was talking to you about regarding the metaphysical (e.g., passport in France), coincidence, synchronicity, and Nature... in the spirit of the phusikoi who were the ones that invented western science and philosophy back when science, philosophy, and spirituality were essentially the same thing: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pre-Socraticjhilosophy.
It may also provide you with insights into how and why things happen for you as they do (to respond rather than all the reactionary work that you seem to be doing).
How did Noah do?
Other than the Cuba conference, I haven't yet spent any of the monies you committed to last year. In fact, I am out of pocket for the Vive and visits, etc. I am looking to you as a partner to develop this. If done right, it will support itself. Current academic research schemes do not fund stuff like what we are talking about. The main thing I am asking for is a developmental budget.
