My friend Jeff Epstein, with many major properties...largest NYC townhouse, Caribbean island, Santa Fe, Paris......needs someone to oversee renovations or maintenance...not sure exactly what he needs. It's a great way for an out of work Production Designer or Art Director or Set Decorator to work between films.

Hi Jeffrey, Here are a few more questions: Are these properties furnished, or empty? Do you have an interior designer, or are you looking for one? Do you need a personal assistant? or a property manager? Or both?

yes„ i have 7 personal assisantss, a personal staff of 60. , more than a property manager, 6 houses. needs an elegant touch.. organize dinners , heads of state etc.
