Jeffrey,

I have confirmed with Universal in Houston, the Company name that was involved with drugs in Venezuela in August 2012 was called "Hyperion Aviation" our name is "Hyperion Air, Inc.". This is the Red Flag.
Universal Aviation in Caracas is coordinating with airport authorities in Caracas tomorrow to confirm we are in fact not the same company as Hyperion Aviation.
