Do your statements include the bills from 318 Technology?
I have 1 bill for $2,170.97 and another bill for $14,696.04.
Are these bills included in yours statements or are they to be paid separately?
No, our statements do not include contracts/work provided by 318 technology. They were paid directly by you.
They gave us a wiring plan and provided the wire/materials we needed to have our electrician install the wiring according to the plan. When we are in the final phase, they will provide the switches for us to install. They are also providing the materials & programming for the Lutron Radio RA System and motorized shades. They do not provide electrical wiring work. They have been to the site periodically to ensure that the wire installation work meets their expectation.

I am in the process of obtaining legal counsel to handle this matter regarding Ms. Siegal's apartment. Management has been given notice and no one will be allowed to work in the apartment while our insurance is in place.
