"I am working with a GIV buyer right now and so have a good handle on that market. As you know, the IV market has gone down very quickly in the last two years. You can now buy a nice IV for around $Smil. Most of the IV's that are advertised for between $6mi1 and $7mi1will actually take much less. The best deals I know of now are sn 1006 and 1045. I know the owner of 1006 and that is the jet on our website. He has it listed with Jeteffect but I deal direct with him. He needs to sell that jet soon and buy a Citation X. He should have never bought it to begin with, but did. He is a famous doctor so the millions he will lose are not a big problem. He has it advertised for $5.75mil but I know he would take around $Smil or less. It is low time and well maintained but not on program. 1045 is with Jetcraft. I know Dan Dunn there well. That is a ASC190 jet on program and very nice. The ask price is over $7mi1 but he told me they would take around $Smil for it. It has around 10,000TT but well maintained. I have full specs on both if you have interest. The other listed aircraft are higher time or more expensive aircraft whose owners will not lower their prices. I did know of a good deal on a GIVSP if that is an option. Let me know what the budget is for the aircraft and I will give you the inside scoop on what is out there."
