Re: EPSTEIN / Princess' apartment (tcf from Mr. Daouk)
Message to the attention ofMr. Epstein and Darien Indyke:
Please be informed that over the Christmas week-end, I had 2 telephone messages from the manager of the Princess'assets. I returned his call and tried twice to get in touch but was not successful (I left messages on an answering machine). The number I was given is a French cell phone and the name seems to be Amer Daouk (???).
Please advise if I should investigate more through the other contacts I have in connection with the Princess in order to get in touch with this person.
Best regards and seasonal greetings.

Message to the attention Darren lndyke with a copyto rEpstein:
I just got a call from Mr. Daouk, who manages the Princess's assets from an office in Switzerland. He wanted to inform me that the apartment on the 2nd floor at 22 avenue Foch (opposite Mr. Epstein's apartment) is still unsold and that the promise for sale which had been signed (as a family arrangement — see our exchange of mails in October and November on this issue) has not been reiterated by a final deed.
Before putting again officially the apartment for sale on the market, Mr. Daouk indicated that he wanted to know about Mr. Epstein's interest in this apartment. He mentioned the following:
the price asked is 11.5 M E (reminder: in 2007 it was put on the market for I I ME and the price in the promise for sale signed — with no reiteration by final deed - in the context of a family arrangement was 9.5ME),
there will be no sale by the Princess of anything (room on the top floor or parking place) so long as the apartment on the second floor is not sold.
I mentioned to Mr. Daouk that I will forward this information to Mr. Epstein and he asked me to get back to him to tell if Mr. Epstein is still interested or not in the apartment. He proposed to meet with Mr. Epstein, if necessary, in the course of January when convenient.
Please advice on the answer I should give to Mr. Daouk.
Best regards and seasonal greetings.
