Please see the following proposals for a net-metered solar array at LSJ and the battery bank retrofit for GSJ
GSJ pricing has been updated with new bulk pricing from Aquion as well as the addition of 4 new battery inverters. I think we should replace them now because the new inverters are supported by Aquion and the older ones are not. The old ones WILL work but for the sake of the entire system I recommend swapping them out now and having a new 5yr warranty in place on the brains of the operation. I had a meeting with Aquion today to go over the final design and they approved the system. GSJ would benefit from more solar panels
Brice confirmed your WAPA meter is Commercial so we designed a system sized at 100kW AC / 150kW DC. LSJ can handle 500 modules on all the roofs of the maintenance facility area. This includes the two concrete buildings and the two metal structures. This array should decrease your bill by 25% and requires very little maintenance. Our price is turn-key so everything is included in the price of the contract but we would like to request the use of your barge during the construction process. All materials are in stock and ready to go. Please let me know if you have any questions. Cheers.

Thank you for setting up the meeting today. Based on energy data we have been collecting over the past year we can start to design a Tesla Powerpack unit capable of taking you completely off the grid. We would entertain building a 3mWh battery pack that can easily feed your average daily consumption of 2.07mWh. The buffer will help with overcast days or multiple cloudy days in a row following a storm. We can integrate a solar panel system that can fully charge the Tesla Powerpacks during the day and discharge throughout the night.
Your existing CAT Generators can be programmed to communicate with the Tesla controller to fire up when the Powerpacks are low or if the solar panels experience a fault.
These Powerpacks are being distributed throughout the world to solve many different power needs and will be perfect for your application.
*ACTION ITEM: The communication at LSJ for this energy monitoring device has been compromised. I would like to meet with your IT team soon to rectify this issue so we can gather more data.
