Hardly to find one Italian in Rome on the 7th of August! Even less so if decent- looking ... I'm flying to Sardinia as I write. On boat till Tue. I want to be back to the city quickly: there is money to be made right now...
On Monday my office will put together some info re Pirelli RE but in general: they own serious real estate operations and invest.ts. Marcap is presently slaughtered mainly by being Italian and not RE focused (management is perceived as tyres-makers).
If investment is of interest we should be in Milan like on the 9th or 10th and meet one of the most credible and capable 44-year old RE operator around who should be our partner in the front line.
