I'm sorry I am not aware of any missed calls or emails from you. The last I recall was an email from Noam to Max to which I believe Max responded. My husband is having surgery tomorrow but while I am waiting for him I will be able to go through emails and voice mail to track down any I may have missed. I will be back in touch tomorrow.

I found a voicemail from you on Friday and no emails that I have not responded to. That being said I will call Max tomorrow after my husband's surgery to reiterate urgency regarding getting the list of potential successor trustees from him. In this regard I sent you an email on December 28th requesting follow up information requested by Max on Reid. If you would be so kind as to respond to me with that information that would be helpful. They are playing the same game they were playing with us, delaying things as much as possible, until we couldn't follow up anymore, because of all the intense commitments and travels. They will try keeping this pattern going on. Eventually they will benefit from it.

i had a rough cnversation with max yesterday, now the heat gets racheted up. no worry, deborah is full of shit.

We got a phone call this morning from the lawyer who we are thinking hiring. She asked for setting up an appointment on January 22, here in Tucson. She also asked for the trusts documents, and when I said that I am not sure if we have them, she said she can ask Max who will send them to her.

Have you seen the children's email and its attachment? It upset Noam a lot. Should he wait to answer it?

Thank you so much for going into all this trouble. It is unbelievable what was going on.
