I understand your position ,unless you have a use for the 8lackhawk there is no way to bid this contract. If you can do it on your own I will assist you in any way I can. I personally do not see away around Sikorsky.

If you do not succeed and are willing to sign the brokerage agreement I sent I will give you a !00% effort to sell the ship
