Fwd: Goodbye my friend
Dear Jean Luc,
I am writing this letter as we did not get a chance to speak over the phone.
Unfortunately our friendship has arrived to its end. It saddens me, but I have been badly hurt by your actions as you can imagine.
After you hired half of the new team I had assembled for Paris 2 weeks after they made me do big investments, they felt authorized to commit crimes that caused the end of that company, the loss of the license, my financial loss of over 100k and now the legal proceedings are taking also a lot of my time.
I have asked myself what motivated you to ruin the project that an honest friend was trying to organize and that I had described without any secret to you. Money? Power? Success? I think that life has already given you plenty of those.
I am sure you were not aware of all the very bad things that would happen from your decision, but I am as well sure that you knew you were doing something against a friend.
I am an honest person that thought of you as a friend, I was not interested in your girls, parties or money. I always told you the truth and always told you everything because I cared about you.
I hope you will have many others like me around. In the end only love is what matters in our life, the rest will disappear.
Goodbye my friend, I will see you in the next life. I know you might not believe in the afterlife 100% as we discussed, but when you will close your eyes for the last time be prepared to see each other soon after. Some sad events in my experience brought me close to the edge and I saw it... we are so much more than these flash and bones. Time will show who is right between us.

Dear Jeff, this was the last email I sent to Jean Luc after the bad actions... FYI the ex director that he hired has settled and payed me back a good portion of the total losses.
