lets make a short list

I have grave concerns about simply leaving MV 6-15 letter unrebutted. Current 6-17 draft can be substantially moderated in tone, embracing her 6-17 letter to us, but before we just ignore the myriad of accusations we should have a t/c call eg tomorrow morning with at least Jay(' have court, again, at 2 PM)

i am not going to leave it unrebutted „ I think we should send a cover letter that outlines our concerns re clarification of issues one or multiple incidents and counts. ask her to give us her intent so that we may short circuit years of having a court tryin to interpret intent. . give her a few of the suggested issues ie time barred.- settlement minimum etcc. We belive we only signed on for one incident,and one count per person. in essence 50 or 150. minium plus any other damages they could prove as a direct result of the interaction/ If she and we come to a meeting of the minds everyone benefits. we also attach a full description and rebuttal of her previous breach alleagation. we do this to set the record strait and should there be future concerns we would like the opprtunity to discusss them asap. I want heiand SLoman to have our book. On antother even stranger not. Jsoefbug and I along with the respective teams met for three hours today.. He said he has girls that do not want to provide their own signature, photos, or any identification. they want nothing to do with me and will not sue„ they just want money..
