In speaking with Brice and Tom, the time has come to release Bill Adams. He was supposed to be let go last month with the first group and we decided to keep him for additional month. It has been bought to my attention that he is just not necessary to have around anymore and Tom is comfortable in releasing him. He has also been contributing to the issues we have had with K&S as he has been covering for them and making decisions in regards to them without going thru Tom or anyone else for that matter.

Tom would like me to do the dirty work, which I have no problem doing. With you're ok, I would like to do this on Monday November 28th.

do you have any first hand knowledge of this„have you spoken to bill adams. ? where and how are you getting your info?

I have some first hand. I asked some direct questions last week to bill on materials and timing and he tells me everything is going to fine. When I go check what he tells me, materials are not there and some items have not even been started.

But yesterday was the last straw. He called K&S and told them not to come to the island and finish work that they have been paid for. I have no idea why he would tell them this as we are on critical time frames and all hands on deck.

So, it is first hand and thru Tom where my info is coming from. Again, he was supposed to be released in the first group a month ago but Tom needed him. He does not need him anymore.
