I do an incredible amount of work for you off the clock and even people making 30 k a year pay my $110 an hour rate without hesitation.... But again RICH KAHN demands I explain every detail of my time that no other client demands and when I continue to attack requests to the head of Sony or whatever..... these these hours go unbilled so when RICH KAHN DELAYS PAYMENT ON WHAT AT MOST COULD BE an $85 dollar mistake..... But it Never is EVER EVER MY MISTAKE billing is always in your favor...... The New Mexico trip alone I under billed by over $1000 dollars
You guys show me invoices with techs getting $150 an hour and the day I knocked on your door you paid. $180 an hour for me You can all out debate me ....fine you can't out debate me if I don't show up

Let me know how you want to handle..
If you want a replacement I personally used James Ce (see resume below) for Mac help in my house
He is the head apple man from same company we found Scott
Only potential issue is how we hire him – direct or thru Need Mac Help (which will be higher rates)
