The installation appears to be finished. However after contacting ORANGE, it seems that it's not going to be operational until the very beginning of March and nothing can be done until then.

I will investigate further when I go next to Paris to see if something can be done before then.

MJ email dated 1/9/2015 said Orange will not be operational until March 2015 however she said when she was in Paris last week she would attempt to push for an earlier date

DKI and I have been contacting MJ via phone and email for her findings and are still awaiting her response..
