Maybe Jeffrey thought they would entertain Bill, but I saw no evidence that he was interested in them. He and Jeffrey and Ghislaine seemed to have a very good relationship. Bill was very funny.

Alan Dershowitz's Statement We can categorically prove that Jane Doe #3 allegations deserves no credibility whatsoever . Her wild fabrications are now clearly disproven Clinton, the Gores and me.

My lawyers have filed a detailed reply to Jane Doe #3 false charges. In it they have definitively responded to all of the so called evidence presented by Jane Doe #3 and her lawyers. Since that filing Mr. Dershowitz's lawyers have uncovered incontroverible evidence that Jane Doe #3 has repeatedly lied about her fabricated contacts with former President Clinton ,former Vice President Gore and the then Mrs. Gore. In her first affidavit to the court she repeats the false claim that she had earlier sold to a British tabloid: namely that "former President Bill Clinton was present on the island [Jeffrey Epstein's private island] at a time when [Jane Doe #3] was also present on the Island."

This statement, sworn under oath and penalties of perjury „ summarizes a far more detailed telling of her bogus story that she had previously sold to a British tabloid which unfortunately has since been repeatedover and over by the international media. I would point out that in neither statement, does she provide any specific dates or times,or even years , but she does weave an imaginative fantasy full of fictional minutae. about her dinner meeting with former President Clinton. She "describes" how Mr. Clinton's Secret Service detail allowed Ghislaine Maxwell, ( then a novice helicopter pilot,) to fly the former President to Epstein's private island on a large black helicopter—an obvious and ludicrous lie. She then purports to "describe"the specific seating locations at her fictional dinner party that included her, Mr. Clinton, Jeffrey Epstein and two other underage "olive-skinned brunettes" whose identifies of course she could not provide:

Jane Doe #3 also concocted another meeting with a powerful political figure for the British tabloid, this time claiming to have met former Vice President Gore and his then wife, Tipper, on the same Island, again providing no specific dates or times, but only personal interest details designed to enhance the value of her fictional account:

"[Jane Doe #3) disclosed that Mr Clinton's vice-president Al Gore and his wife, Tipper, were also guests of Epstein on his island...'I had no clue that anything was up,' [Jane Doe #3] says. 'The Gores seemed like a beautiful couple when I met them. All I knew was that Mr Gore was a friend of Jeffrey's and Ghislaine's. Jeffrey didn't ask me to give him a massage...There might have been a couple of other girls there on that trip but I could never have imagined this guy would do anything wrong. I was planning to vote for him when I turned 18. I thought he was awesome."

These fabrications, which should have been pointed out as such could easily have been determined to be wholly false by any reasonable investigation. Our investigation has turned up evidence that Mr. Clinton was never on Mr. Epstein's island, that neither Mr. Gore nor his former wife have ever been on the island, and that Mr. and Mrs. Gore do not even know Mr. Epstein. Jane Doe #3's salaciously detailed accounts, sold for money to a tabloid are made up and were purposely designed to titillate the interests of readers eager for such salacious material. Jane Doe #3's even more salacious "descriptions" of her alleged sexual encounters with me are also fabricated.

If it turns out that Jane Doe #3 deliberately lied about seeing former President Clinton on the island, she should be charged with perjury.

Mr. Dershowitz's legal team has uncovered additional evidence, which it is in the process of verifying, that proves a history of of lying about sex and false accusations that casts even further doubt on Jane Doe #3's credibility though no further evidence should be required. This evidence will be disclosed once it has been confirmed by our investigation.

In her most recent affidavit, Jane Doe #3 swears the following:

"Based on my knowledge of Epstein and his organization, as well as discussions with the FBI, it is my belief that federal prosecutors likely possess videotapes and photographic images of me as an underage girl having sex with Epstein and some of his powerful friends."

I say I'm not afraid if fbi has videos because I know I'm not on them. A guilty person would be frightened of videos, not knowing whether he is on any. An innocent person like me wants there to be videos because he knows he can't be on any. It's a powerful point.

I have just finished a lengthy call with Alan. All his lawyers and Alan believe it is deeply helpful for him to challenge VR on the tape issue. I informed him of the risks to you, down the road, from such a statement. He agreed out of respect for you to eliminate the paragraphs that he was considering regarding challenges directed to obtaining evidence from the Govt whether pictures, tapes, videos, etc. End of that issue. His lawyers are not anxious for him to issue any press statement. I believe however he will issue one today limited to clinton gore.

My concern is that he forces himself via a media statement to assent to a Scarola-Edwards motion to ask a state court to order that physical evidence be disclosed for their use in the civil litigation Who knows what the USAO (or State Atty) would say remembering they didn't object to the Edwards motion for the Rodriguez stolen property. Alan says he has the right under a "self-defense" exception to the attorney-client privilege to litigate and defend this case. I said I don't agree but persuaded him as a matter of common interest and comity not to go down that road. Its OK for now. He is worried you are mistaken and that Clinton might have been on the Island based on his lawyers belief Scarola never would have allowed her to gratuitously put it in an affidavit unless there were evidence. I have told him you have been consistently certain of that fact and it would be as injurious to your interest as his for it to be contradicted. On that basis I believe he will issue the statement. So we are OK for now but it will be a process as his litigation continues.
