As requested i have sent the medical report and CT-. MR-reports and images of your brother to Dr. Bruce Moskowitz and he answered in short "the out come is poor," which we all already know. But his speciality is Eye surgery and very famous in his field.

I think you will need another opinion from a top Neurosurgeon and neurologist. Regards
