Sorry for the appalling code name (although it is a reference to our first African PPP!).
In addition to a large fund and/ or industrial sponsor who would have an interest in the development strategy of the company, one route could also be to pool a group a Italian institutions/ large deep pocket families. They may see the national angle and, as we are currently marketing some Italian names as part of the marketing of Bridge Lux, it seems obvious that Italian institutions need a strong national angle to invest. Which apiX offers as it provides both Italian integrated energy assets and Italian/ international renewable development strategy. This is quite appealing.
