i have to get my pilots in earlier, . lets wait till his resposne. I am an hour from airport. if we fly out on sat , stay there makes little sense for 20 minutes

I don't know if we can swing this and if there is space at the hotel on sat., or at your hotel on sat.. but if there is, are you up for this? If you want to do it, I am not sure that I should fly in on Sat afternoon.. happy to do that and fly back with you all.. or I could try for a flight friday night so I could see your place.. Let me know what you think asap so I can let noam know.. thanks.. Here is his request:

I suspect that given his age that would make for too long a day on Sunday, given the event in the evening.. I also suspect we could fly in Sat eve, which would give you the day on Sat.. and I could still see your place that afternoon.. so, say we flew here sat evening, perhaps even after dinner?

thanks for looking into this... I understand at his age why he would like to have sat to rest in phx.

I have no problem changing my flight to get in earlier and meet him somewhere during the afternoon and both get picked up by you.. or just having your people pick him up somewhere in the afternoon. Let me know, and I will let him know.. and I will make new or cancel my reservations accordingly.. I can take him (and you) to dinner on sat night after you get here.. unless he wants to be alone..

Ok. Thanks Jeffrey. That is great. Will set things up with him and then put him on touch either with you or whoever you want him to arrange with. I will cancel my flight and will meet you all at airport in phx. Please tell me where you will land and I can meet you all there. I can drive Noam and Valeria to their hotel and you can go directly to Phoenician. More in a bit. Thanks for the last minute flexibility.

Hi.. here is the info from Noam.. I am working on whether i can take that 6 am flight on Sat.. am leaning toward doing it but will let you know later tonight. Either way, your guys can pick them up at noon, and bring them to the ranch... and I will either be with you, or see you when you land. If I am with you in Santa Fe, Amelia can meet us at the place your plane lands to take Noam and Valeria to their hotel.. If I am here, I will do that.. (once your people tell me which hanger your plane will be at..).

So, will let you know tonight.. I like the idea of breakfast and a walk so assuming I have all my ducks in a row, will try and make that happen..
