The first two documents are provided by The first one is the covenants and governing documents. The second one if their prescribed Purchase and Sale Agreement. The third document is the standard, State of., Real Estate Purchase Agreement. IF you were to purchase a resale unit, you would likely use the States document. If you buy directly from the developer you would be required to use their purchase agreement.
