talked to moens yesterday. one circler seems to have lost interest. another is still interested. moens thinks buyer is

i have talked to 4 or 5 friendly brokers in the last 2 weeks to take the temperature but not signal worry and get "you mean he hasnt brought you an offer you could work with yet" response. so i remind them of the house. i have a lunch with mccann tomorrow.

we could offer an extra I% to a cooperating broker no one thinks the house is overpriced
