I have received the documents well. Thank you.

I want to take this opportunity to reiterate what i told you this morning.

1/ in light of our historical family agreements, i did ask David and Eric to use a prefix

2/ given their persistence and with the objective of peace and family unity, Benjamin and I were willing to settle with "Rothschild and co" only under very specific conditions ( the major being putting all the Rothschild brands in a commonly owned family entity. They never accepted these conditions.

3/ You saw, like me , that even before putting the resolution to the vote at their GA, they are already using the Rothschild name alone in all their official press releases .

This is the saddening proof that they never intended to respect our long standing family agreements .

PS: i have asked Cynthia to forward to you our legal complaint to be fully transparent about our intentions and so, i hope , you understand the reasons for suing Paris Orleans .
