Dear Mr. Scarola, Thank you for your letter. I spoke to my client; Jean Luc Brunel; and he will give his deposition. He and I want his testimony; in both cases; yours and mine; to be accomplished on the same date. As you may know; I represent Jean Luc; in case # 14-21348 CA 01; in Miami Dade County; Brunel/Mc2 vs Jeffrey Epstein/McDonald. Therefore I am copying Jack Goldberger; Mr. Epstein's attorney; so that he will be included. I was not able to get dates; from my client; but I should be able to get dates; towards the end of December 2015. I cannot promise; but I will do my best. Jean Luc travels a great deal; and I will try to schedule him; for his deposition; here in Florida. As soon as his deposition is scheduled; I will provide a summary of his testimony; in your case.
