We have not met but you did meet my business partner, Mr. Jerry Galloway, COO of our ambulance service in St. Croix. In anticipation of your arrival on St. Thomas Monday 3/12/18 and around several meetings for us to attend in St. Croix we flew in to present you with the attached Twin City Care expansion proposal.
Based on my conversation with Jerry I understand you may be willing to help our Not-For-Profit organization to expand its role in the VI. We have been meeting with the Directors of the VI Fire Services, Department of Corrections, Mental Health and Department of Health on how Twin City Care can best serve its community.
With an overwhelming response the answers have been yes, yes, yes to our Mobile Integrated Healthcare Services, but an overwhelming additional need is for the mental health patients.
If you would be so kind as to review our proposal that outlines a 3-year expansion project that includes mental health as one of our focused concerns.
Mr. Galloway and I are available to meet with you to discuss this proposal at whatever location that is convenient to you.
