Berkeley Law now offers a
flexible start date for the
professional track. Each
summer students must
attend at least three
consecutive quarters,
commencing in either Q1 or
Q2. Students may attend all
four quarters at no additional
cost. Please note that you
must commit to a start date
upon confirming enrollment
and may not change it, as
that will serve as your official
1-20 program start date.

If you did not already submit
a set of final transcripts
showing degree conferral,
your admission to graduate
standing at Berkeley is
provisional pending receipt of
an original transcript from
each undergraduate and
graduate institution where you
earned a degree. Final
transcripts must indicate your
degree and the date of award.

If your final transcripts will not
be available by April 15, 2016
request your registrar to
forward a Certificate of
Completion or equivalent.
The Certificate must be
accompanied by a copy of
your transcript that reflects all
work to date. It is imperative
that you provide a final
transcript once it is available
to expedite your law school
registration.

ACCEPTING OUR OFFER OF ADMISSION

Go to the Admitted Students Website -> Enrollment Checklist- > Admission Response Form and submit the form by Thursday, November 5, 2015.

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or submitted with the Tuition Deposit Form.
The Admission Response Form, Tuition Deposit Form, and deposit payment are due by November 5th to secure a place in the 2016-17 professional track LL.M. Program.
Failure to submit the deposit by the deadline will be considered a withdrawal of the application.
Deferral requests are considered on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies, and are valid for one year.
A formal request with details is required for deferrals.
Individuals are not eligible for Optional Practical Training (OPT).

Thank you for writing. As were very busy this time of year, email is usually the best way to get ahold of us.

Although your response deadline lapsed a long time ago, we never formally withdrew your professional track application, so you could still accept admission now if you
like. You can follow the steps listed in our email below to log in to our admitted students website, pay the deposit, and accept admission. After that, it takes us five to
ten business days to get your information entered into the appropriate campus systems, and you can then access the NIF in order to request your 1-20. First year students
will also start selecting courses at the end of March.
