Dear

Thank you for your patience, as we arc extremely busy this time of year and I was trying to respond to you as soon as possible. I will address all of your questions in

this one message. and as always feel free to ask if anything is not covered here.

To summarize your position in regards to admission at Berkeley Law, you applied only for the professional track last year (the 2015-16 program). You were admitted at that time, and chose to defer your admission for one year. To secure that deferral, you paid the $1,000 deposit. and that deposit was non-refundable, non-transferable, and would not be applied to your tuition fees.

Regarding your offer of admission to the 2016-17 professional track. I see that you have submitted the admission response form, but not yet the deposit payment. This current deposit payment is required for you to fully accept admission to this year's program, and we cannot move forward with anything until it is received. Once we have received the deposit for this year's program, it takes five to ten business days for us to get your information entered into the student system. After that, you can access the Non-Immigrant Information Form (NIF) to request your I-20 document. With that document, you can apply for your student visa. It is required that all students enter the country on their student visa, and students should not enter the country on a tourist visa with the intent to undertake studies.

We do not have the exact final amount of tuition fees for summer 2016 yet. but the estimate is $27,250 USD. Once we receive your deposit we will apply it to your account, so the approximate amount due will be $26,250. That amount will be billed in mid to late April, and due by May 15th.

I hope this addresses all of your questions at this time. Like I said, we are just waiting on the deposit payment at this point in order to move forward with getting you set up as a summer 2016 student. If that deposit payment has already been made an I am not aware of it, please let me know.

Regards,

Erin Weldon

Dear Jeffrey,

Below is the information for Berkeley. Thank you so much again for the scholarship. They need the deposit to issue me forms to make a student visa for USA which may take some time. I will do my best to keep on presenting you new girlfriends/assistants if you like it so much :)

Kind regards,

R
