The checking account current balance is $4,729.18 and we are due a credit of $67.85 from the City of West Palm Beach for water/sewer. It will be mailed to me and I will deposit it in the account. I think all other bills have been paid.

Please see attached the accounting of my deposits into the 124 Pam Monceau, LLC account. I included the $40,000.00 I loaned to Paul. When you examine the bank records you will see I made all deposits except for a few in 2013. I think the $9,000.00 deposit made on 12-11-2013 is also mine and I am trying to determine from what personal account I made the deposit. That would increase my total investment by $9,000.00 as it is not included in my list.

Interestingly, Charlie Barnett found photocopies of the check register among Paul's papers. No actual checkbooks or registers have surfaced. The register shows I made a December deposit but

the amount & date are not listed (I think this is the $9,000.00 deposit). Paul listed himself as the source for only the following:

i spoke with Steve last week and again today about what amount he believes is fair that he should receive back

in this deal. attached schedule shows that steve invested 408,000 and loaned 40,000 to paul which was used

for 124 parc so his total invested is approximately 448,000 (subject to final thorough review). steve

understands that per agreement he is entitled to $0. after some back and forth steve proposed that of the

approximately 300,000 remaining in this deal after all bills are paid he receive 180,000 and jee receives

120,000. steve said that he is comfortable with whatever decision you make and was a gentleman on the

phone.
