The reason 1ask, his last direction to us was adminstrative process for accounting was going to get easier, to be frank this is not the case.

Fee structure for main vendors

Horizon JCH RMC fee structure had been negotiated and had been agreed upon by you

Horizon for example Duane bills Trane $100 per hour and travel time and 20% on materials Zorro no travel time, 10 % on materials, S65 per hour And as your are aware he provides an invaluable service to the Ranch. If you proceed with this request Duane has indicated the following changes will occur A processing fee and travel time will be add to invoices JCH, again they charged us at a much lower rate due to history with Ranch This will probably be increased, i will confirm today RMC Electric who have provided service to the Ranch for 13 plus years There hourly rate has not changed in years, there mark up is 20 percent Randy has indicated a processing fee will be added to all invoices

JR tires, Junior comment was no way

Reminder,RMC, Horizon and JR Tires are small, owner operated therefore the time it takes to generate this information is an expense.

Are you expecting Future Tech to provide invoice for equipment and material supplied for Microwave project ?

I do not see the benefit for the Boss in proceeding with this course of action

Brice erratic response to two questions i asked:

a) login info for nest cameras

b) why vendor invoices that have materials do not include backup

please advise if i should back off or request info thank you
