Larry,

Tom Bennington is trying to put a deal together to put John Travolta into the Boeing, as he has Travolta's old Boeing sold into Africa.

Tom is trying to sign it up at 1.350 as-is but he needs be to ensured that he can be held in for $150k from our side.

They said they are speaking directly to Stanbaugh to firm up the post closing inspection prices, before committing to us.

I have told Tom that we appreciate his transparency in the approach and I do not foresee any issues protecting him as he has laid the deal out.

Can you please confirm that you are ok with it as well.
