EPSTEIN / Fees (as from January 1st, 2019)

Further to our exchanges of December 19th, please find attached the last invoice for the year 2018 with the legal documentation required by applicable regulation.

Do not hesitate to call me if you need more explanations on this invoice.

NB: this does not cover any of the payments made through my own personal account for Paris apartment utility bills.

I propose that we have a telephone conversation early next week to discuss the conditions of the 2019 renewal (sorry I was unable to send you the mail for discussion yesterday because of a meeting I had to attend). Please provide availability.

Dear Darren,

Further to our telephone conversation of yesterday, this message concerns my fees (since we did not renew our agreement for 2019).

Please confirm that you agree on the following for all the work done for and in relation with Mr. Epstein, as from January 1st, 2019.

Fees are to be invoiced on a time spent basis for all services rendered since January 1st 2019 based on the following conditions:

• hourly rate of 220 euros/hour, and

• if appropriate, 220 euros as lump sum amount for expenses relating to special trip to Paris.

NB: see my separate message regarding the services to be rendered as from now.
