Thought Paula's email would interest you. Not exactly sure what she wants me to do but will call her today.

I think her own interests will propel] the kids to Africa. xoxo Peg xoxo Peg

So, I'm thinking, while we address the MOST. challenging project ----(organizing girls in their 20's), why not do in the meantime, something easier, like for me, continue to converse with you regarding bringing WH to stage/screen? What is your project load in the next six months? How do you work Peggy, by fee? Time? Retainer?. I need a great positive thinker beside me in this phase, and I have such a strong accolade from Jeff regarding you. What I am looking for is someone to connect the film/stage dots and help me package the project. I have the final say on the rights and the composer and I have purposely retained the publishing, performance rights to deal directly. So, I would be very interested to know how you work with a premiere of a new work. Did the Weinsteins have a good experience doing a musical? I have often thought of approaching them with this. Well, something to ponder. I'm about to barrage Miasha with some more messages;) Best, Paula

I live on a blackberry- but anything you send me or we can look up- my assistant will do in the office on her computer...must get myself into the 21st century...can you help me get the girls to talk to each other and get me a time for conference call with Sandy Cunningham...Jeffrey is aware that getting the girls together is not an easy chore. He is willing to send them and said I have to put it together.

xoxo Peg

Hi Peggy, Fantastic connections! I'm now at my computer so I'm going to send you a link to all the WH material we're playing with—it comes from a company call BOXNET and says something like Chaslin+Fisher invite you.... so its not spam:). Yesterday, the producing people at the O2 dome (which is AEG) said that if Baz Lurhman would consider doing a stage version—they could probably produce it:) Miasha should probably be home from Atlantis tomorrow--she has promised to do a singing revue for Jeff when he gets released--as a celebration! And she and her sister form some kind ofgreat "sister act" when they get inspired! We must ALL see that! haha

K, keep me posted and enjoy the WH music---the double CD demo on the box net site can be followed with the lyric sheets posted. All the best, Paula

Paula-So so

rry for the delay in answering...Baz is an old friend....having worked on all his films from "Strictly Ballroom" to "Australia"...and
Rob Marshall, I also know. He is presently cutting "Nine" in East Hampton and I work for Weinstein Co. all the time. I will work on
release of that film as well. As I mentioned, have know Bob Wilson for over 30 years having helped on "Einstein on the Beach" at the Met
Opera...and help him at Watermill ever summer. Also friendly with Julie Taymor and Stephen Daldry (Billy Elliot). So keep me posted on
your opera, sounds fascinating.

I am going to try to email and call Mattie and Miasha today and hook them up with Sandy Cunningham...will keep you posted...

Saw Glen and Eva Dubin last night who speak to Jeffrey every day...he gets out July 21, but might have house arrest in Palm Beach for a year.

xoxo Peggy

Hi encore Peggy—Miasha's cell is 917 843 9370 and email is (She's a much better "texter" than phone answerer of late..). Love Robert Wilson works.. And I'm very interested in the film world because we have developed the opera to be filmed as well as for staging. The score is extremely cinematic to begin with and with movie musicals surfacing again, the industry might be more receptive in this climate. Baz Luhrman's team just requested a look and I had considered Rob Marshall as a potential director to approach-- though I am anxious to see his NINE. On the classical stage side, Opus Arte is looking and the London producers for the 02 Dome venue are interested. I'll send you the link later, as I am in this little French "auberge" with no intemet for the weekend. Oh, also, Miasha is in Bahamas with her aunt until Monday. Until later then, Best, Paula

Hi Peggy, its Paula. I see you are getting some movement--brava! I apologize for not being so available—I'm traveling like a gypsy right now. As the girls get organized, I would love to share with you what I am doing, as I admire your work very much. I could send you a link introducing my opera project if you like as it is nearing completion and ready for "promotion". Best, Paula Sent via BlackBerry from T-Mobile
