As I mentioned, we have a financing target of $3 million by August 31 (our final private raise). I've raised $750,000 from our existing investors, $500,000 from Francesca, and $300,000 from John Porter (of Tesco). So $1.55 million confirmed. Francesca can go as high as $2 million and John can go as high as $1.2 million. So that makes the round oversubscribed. But I don't know how high John and Francesca will go. Do you know anyone who would be interested in a piece of the round? Maybe similar to Francesca. A bit of general Seed info attached.

Heading to the mountains (aka Stowe) for a long weekend! Need it! How about dinner with fun scientists next week? Thursday maybe?
