Took your advice and went to four parties.

Kelly and Jay Sugarman's house is spectacular. Jewish minimal....all stone and glass with infinity pools, seagrass and the ocean. Did not find out how much, but will. They did employ a full time window washer when he still had money. Party for New Yorkers for Children...black kids spoke about life in foster homes ugh. Not bad crowd young chic crowd. Best get? Walter Noel in a bright green linen jacket. This is a schmuck who really deserves to rot in jail with Madoff. I was invited to have lunch at his house today and may go for additional info for you.

Went to golfer Raymond Flyod's cocktail party. Matt Lauer's ex-model Dutch wife complained the crowd was old, stiff and dead s0000 loud that everyone could hear her and Matt was annoyed. They have a wonderful marriage. Pink Flyod's Roger Waters girlfriend, Mario Platero and I agreed to give her a dinner with smart "arty" people and no journalist either to further put down Matt.

Was talked into stopping at Lee Minders birthday party in North Sea- actually on the way to Rob Weisenthal's birthday party in North Haven, overlooking Sag Harbor.

Lee is a gay architect. I missed the tour of his new house on the bay at sunset and got stuck listening to an old cabaret singer belt of Cole Porter for 45 minutes as gay couple rubbed each others backs and sang along. It was painful. Finally snuck out making much noise on the gravel driveway.

Got to Rob Friedman's to have him yell at me for arriving at 10:00pm. He had a hugh tent next to his infinity pool overlooking Sag Harbour marina. Had dinner with Christie Brinkly and Alexa Joel..her daughter with Billy who is a singer and FINALLY got really pretty. Mother and daughter thrilled about the break-up of Billy's fourth marriage.

Saw Jane Rosenthal, (her husband has hip resurfacing at HSS July 9th) the Mort Janklows, Daryl and Steve Roth, missed NBC's Jeff Zucker, Pink Flyod's Roger Waters there again, Allison Sarofim who was invited on Larry Gogosian's boat with Charlotte and Oliver Sarkosy (brother of pres.) for Fourth weekend in Mederterranian. Ivanka Trump, engaged to "Observer" Orthodox Jared Kushner was the most gorgous couple....and Serena Althchul, an adorable blond on "CBS/Sunday Moming" was there and someone you should meet. Rob is CFO of Sony, short, smart and insecure with a numb girfriend he won't marry. Actually his was the best gathering of the night.

Got home at midnight.

Had more penicillian. Wound pink and a bit warm. Resting today.

Going back to Kruger Monday. There is definitely an situation with this wound - but on top of it now.

Everyone at all four parties delirious it was a sunny day and beautiful night. It has rained endlessly for a month in New York.

As I was dressing with rollers in my hair before I left Katarina's guest house for Sugarman's-a hugh black SUV drives onto the estate and up the back driveway. Driver looks like Denise Rich- but filled with six screaming kids. Car leaves. Phone rings. It is Denise Rich with her grandchildren still screaming in the background. She drives back up to visit with me.

Katharina has a very famous hugh birthday kids party for her two young sons- this year on July 18th. Denise was a month early and brought presents for girls.

What a nut.
