As per your request, I have a slot for Sultan with Lord Mandelsson as per the note below, Wednesday 16th at 4 pm for 45 minutes. You will note that Mervyn Davies cannot make it. I know that you will not now be in London around that time. If required, I can of course be available to brief/ support Sultan for the meeting with Mandelsson. It would be helpful if Sultan can confirm this time is ok.

Lord Mandelson's office has just confirmed that they can make some space to meet with Sultan Sulayem on Wednesday 16th September at 4pm for 45 minutes at Cabinet Office. I have asked them to hold this - please confirm asap that this is okay. We can then confirm arrangements. Unfortunately Lord Davies will be in India on Government business.

Yes I did e mail him myself then he e mailed me to have my office coordinate with his office for the meeting so our office in london contacted his office . The person dealing with simon is Peter head of one of the departments in Mandelson office he is instructed to coordinate with us
