First of all, I want to thank you for the opportunity that you have given me to both help you and to help Landmark. It is my hope that this opportunity will be beneficial for both of us.
Yes I agree that my presence on the island is important in order to coordinate all of the landscape items along with the Island Grounds and construction crews. My schedule for the last several months has allowed me to be there almost every other week. Now that you will be coming down on more of a regular basis I should be there more often. The real key is for you, Gary & me to be able to walk around on the island together so that we can thoroughly understand your vision.
If you think I need to be there on more of a regular basis I can definitely do that but I also need for that schedule to work with my married life as well. As you know I live in New Albany with my wife and she works full time so she will not be able to come down, so I need to get back home on a regular basis. I wanted to know if you would consider renting a small apartment for me for a while and I would come down for 2 weeks at a time and then go back to my office in New Albany for a few days or a week. But I would always be available to be there when you plan to be there so that we can walk the island and communicate.
This week I am in New Albany because I have 2 doctor appointments and I need to coordinate the Irrigation design work and other items with our consultant and I plan to be back on LSJ by this week end.
