Whatever I/we lay out to get rid of 4C to cover delta in mortgage and closing costs D/we can replenish monthly with approx 20 K ....see attachment ...the monthly expenses currently going to 18C and 4B and LA refunds will get redirected towards replenishing the "savings" account ....make sense ? just FYI
